The first time I heard Microsoft was putting Copilot into Notepad, I had a physical reaction.

That moment crystallized something a lot of SysAdmins feel but don’t always say out loud: the AI-everywhere push is exhausting, most of the demos are built for developers, and the last thing any of us needs is another tool solving a problem we don’t have.
