5 Tech-Enabled Methods for Getting Out of an Anxious Rut

In this post I introduce my new Substack publication The Anxious Techie! This edition focuses on 5 tech-enabled methods for getting out of an anxious rut and getting things done!
The Anxious Techie Substack Publication
I’ve been working on a few more content items than just this new site as of late. One of my other projects has involved the Substack platform. I’ve wanted a newsletter-esque method for sharing some of my written content that focuses on the intersection of technology, anxiety disorders, and general mental health. I feel strongly about this subject matter as I myself have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and technology has been both a help and (at times) a hindrance. This new content channel will serve to share my created content in that subject matter area.
If you’d like to know more about what led me to writing about anxiety or why I chose Substack as the platform for this particular publication, see my first post on the Anxious Techie Substack.
5 Tech-Enabled Methods for Getting Out of an Anxious Rut
In this first (non-introductory) entry on the Anxious Techie Substack I spend some time discussing the methods that have helped me in the past when I’ve been dealing with a high degree of anxiety that’s impeding the completion of urgent to-do items. We’ve all been in this situation at one time or another, and whether you suffer from an anxiety disorder or not, this week’s edition provides some advice to help with this situation.
